So now it begins.
Who is going to be THE FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT? Caroline Kennedy thinks it’s HER. She doesn’t use her married name, Schlossberg. The media has been using her maiden name. She’s a modern woman; keeping her own identity, writing books, making appearances, being known by the name Kennedy. First Senator, then President.
Step aside Hillary. You’ve grown TOO OLD. The opportunity sailed past you. For years you were hoping and dreaming IT WOULD BE YOU. I said hoping and dreaming; not praying. There is no God in your universe. Your abilities, intellect, knowledge and political savvy put you above the crowd. You depend only on yourself. Karl Marx had said that religion is the opium for the masses. And you’re a true Marxist. His ideals and Saul Alinsky’s ideals are your ideals.
But to get back to gender related topics, Hillary is too old. It’s okay for a man to age gracefully; he’ll be called distinguished. But a woman! Even IF she ages gracefully, the comment will be “she was a BEAUTY in her youth”. The word beauty doesn’t apply to Hillary. Gender specific items with females have to include jealousy. Rivalry, envy and jealousy. Possessive, grudging, resentful. I like that one; possessive, something belongs to you, and no one else. The race is on. Who will be our first woman President?Now that Caroline Kennedy has announced her interest in becoming the appointed Senator to fill the vacancy of Hillary; to be appointed by the non-elected Governor of the Empire State of New York. The people have no say. But a Kennedy is ENTITLED. An ambassadorship is not good enough. Throwing parties and having galas and THE SOCIAL SET is not good enough. Top lady of the fashion set. Designers clamoring for her to wear their creation. Being Senator; now that’s something.
So now we know why Caroline wrote her op/ed piece in the New York Times saying that Obama is the new JFK. Not since her father was the way she expressed it. She vetted the candidates for Vice President. Caroline did not pick Hillary for Vice President. But by working it out so that Hillary would move out of the Senate, leave a vacancy, and Caroline could slide right in; nice work if you can get it.
Caroline has written some books. Gone to book stores. Made appearances before crowds, adoring crowds. But she didn’t write “Why England Slept”; she didn’t write “Profiles In Courage”. She didn’t write political books. She has done charity work; but it doesn’t come off as political work. She has attended high society events; but not worked with the middle class; not concerned herself with the average man. Uh, I’m supposed to say average man, average woman. Nothing average about a Kennedy. They don’t live in houses; they live in compounds, whatever that might be. What has she done politically speaking? Her mother, of blessed memory, saved Grand Central Station from being torn down. Jacqueline organized, petitioned, demanded and accomplished. Can’t give you a list of accomplishments for Caroline.
But first the Senate. There has to be a Kennedy in the Senate. Then the White House. Just as you get to one level, you look to move on to the next level. Hillary had PROMISED upstate New York that she would revitalize the economy and bring 200,000 New Jobs to the region. Last time I looked the 200,000 New Jobs had not been created; there were no 200,000 new openings. That didn’t stop Hillary from moving on to fighting for the White House. Hillary had always said that women should vote for her because she’s a woman. When she was an attorney in Arkansas, she was the attorney in a custody battle. She represented the Husband/Father. She fought to get custody for the man; not the woman in the marriage. But that’s a little known fact that they don’t want women to learn about. Hillary didn’t have qualifications for the White House Presidency. Oh, that’s right; she said she lived there for 8 years, she was first lady. Caroline lived at the White House. She rode her pony, Macaroni.
Governor Paterson will probably appoint Caroline Kennedy to the Senate. He wants to run for a full term as Governor. He’ll need money. He won’t be able to get any money from folks who invested with Bernie Madoff. He’ll need someone influential with the moneyed crowd. Someone who can help him. He can help her; she can help him. And so she’ll get to the Senate level. But no higher.
Well ladies, neither one of you will become the First Woman President. Neither one of you is Golda Meir, or Margaret Thatcher.

I wonder if Caroline's plan was to start by taking Hillary's seat in the Senate, why she didn't endorse her in the first place?
Even now it is not 100% sure that the seat will be vacant. There's a reason why Hillary does not resign from it until it is 100% sure she is the new Secretary of State.
Caroline planning to take the seat it is, I think, something that came later on. Probably it was Hillary's idea. Whoever thinks she was going to continue staying in Senate as John Kerry did, doesn't know her well.
I think she played Obama big time.
