Sliwa Looks To Protect Illegals

In what many locals called a publicity stunt, Degenerate Liar Curtis Sliwa met with Hispanics Across America president Fernando Mateo at the “hate crime” murder site of an Ecuadorian to discuss Guardian Angel patrols that will protect illegal aliens from being attacked in Patchogue, Long Island.

Never to miss a media opportunity, The Guardian Angels arrived in Patchogue Monday flamboyantly decked out in bright red jackets and trademark red berets, with Sliwa vowing to “stop the hunting” of Hispanics. Residents acted coolly to showman Sliwa’s shenanigans.

Sliwa, currently out promoting a new syndicated radio show, said his Angels would provide a “visual deterrent” to crime, and make citizen’s arrests. Mateo, whose group is based in Manhattan, said Hispanics “feel endangered” in Patchogue, Long Island.

Mateo then claimed that “at least 100 people showed up to file complaints” at a forum on harassment and violence at the Congregational Church last Wednesday. Police and the Suffolk District Attorney’s office put the number closer to 20.

Mateo blasted Patchogue officials for not being responsive to the needs of people who are living illegally in the country. However, Suffolk County Police have already increased their patrols. Mayor Paul Pontieri, who was born and raised just two blocks from the site of the killing, said Mateo has breezed in for news conferences but has yet to contact village officials.
