An Obama campaign spokeswoman has gone on record dismissing the more than a dozen lawsuits questioning the president-elect’s “natural born” status as “pure garbage”.
WND quotes the unnamed spokeswoman: “All I can tell you is that it is just pure garbage [....] There have been several lawsuits, but they have been dismissed.”
The original “natural born” lawsuit, filed by lawyer Phil Berg, is now at the Supreme Court, waiting for Obama to respond by Decemeber 1st. “Natural Born” lawsuits have been filed in eight states so far. One of the suits, filed in Ohio by political blogger David Neal, has been thrown out.

So these lawsuits are “pure garbage.” How arrogant.
Does Obama not realize that even some of his supporters share the concerns that are expressed in these “pure garbage” lawsuits?
Does he not care that he might have had many more votes if he had only addressed this issue head-on when the rumors first surfaced?
Does he not care that this issue, left unresolved, will cast a cloud over his presidency?
It is inconceivable that someone who bills himself as a “no drama” guy would feed these lawsuits.
It would be so easy to put an end to all of the “pure garbage” by merely producing his long-form original birth certificate showing parentage, hospital (or home location) of birth and attending physician.
It is troubling that he won’t do that. It gives the impression that he is hiding something.
Well, maybe one of these “pure garbage” suits will make its way past the initial technical glitches such as standing and actually get considered on the merits.
Even if they find a legal BC, his father was not a citizen and his mother was not either. The law when Obama was born required that his mother would have to have lived here for 5 years, which would not have been until she was 21. She was 18 when she gave birth overseas. Like many illegals, she scurried to get a BC for the US. I truly hope the truth will be revealed and this travesty will be brought to light.
