Ruling Set For Obama “Natural Born” Ohio Suit

An Ohio judge is set to rule Friday if a lawsuit disputing the “natural born” status of US Presidential candidate Barack Obama is valid.

The suit, filed by political blogger David M. Neal, is one of eight lawsuits similar to one filed by Philadelphia attorney Philip J. Berg last August. That suit was dissmissed after some questionable legal procedures regarding time frames. Berg is preparing for an appeal to the Supreme Court.

Barack Obama’s “Fight The Smears” website has confirmed that Obama was a Kenyan citizen until 1982. Hawaii governor Linda Lingle sealed access to Obama’s birth certificate Monday. Obama has not yet requested access to it.
