HuffPost Writer Kills Lesbian Lover And Self

An award-winning photojournalist and writer for the left-leaning Huffington Post has killed her lesbian lover and herself. Police are still investigating the incident.

What police do know is that Carol Anne Berger, 57, fatally stabbed her ex-lover Jessica Kalish, 56, more than 200 times with a blunt screwdriver around the face and neck, and then shot herself the following day. Police found Kalish’s body stuffed in the back seat of her BMW on Oct. 24th.

Berger and Kalish married in Massachusetts in 2005, but broke up about a year ago. Kalish had met another woman and the software executive was constantly on cyberdates with her new lover. The two were living in the same house and looking to sell it.
