McDonald’s South Africa is discriminating against white people in its hiring practices, alleges a prominent author and news investigator there.
Author Jan Lamprecht writes in an article on his website AfricanCrisis that there are no white faces working at any of the restaurants in the fast food chain when goes there, despite an increasing number of unemployed whites and racial quota laws that require a business to hire 72% blacks and 14% whites.
Readers to the website allege the anti-white hiring practices are also practiced by fast-food giant KFC, and is seen in even traditionally-white suburbs, where few blacks live.
McDonald’s South Africa “most definitely does not [follow racial hiring quotas] at the lower levels,” writes Lamprecht. “Check it out when next you visit a MacDonald’s and ask yourself if MacDonald’s isn’t discriminating against whites?”
A quick scan of customer service rater hellopeter.com shows McDonald’s South Africa to be rife with incompetency, with complaints ranging from 30+ minutes waits and incorrect orders.
