Philadelphia lawyer and life-long Democrat Party activist Philip J. Berg has filed a lawsuit that may change the course of history. No, he is not suing the Bush Administration – he is suing his own party, its candidate for President, Barack Hussein Obama, and the Federal Elections Commission. The charge: Obama is not a naturally-born US citizen and therefore is constitutionally inelligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States of America.
“There’s nothing more sacred than our United States Constitution,” Mr. Berg told The Right Perspective, “and it hasn’t been followed. Barack Obama is trying to circumvent the Constitution and it must be stopped.”
To be eligible to serve as President of the United States, one must be born in the country. Questions surrounding Obama’s true birthplace started as Internet whispers several months ago, and quickly built up into an actual case as individuals started to question the rumors and conduct independent research on the matter.
The Obama campaign posted what it claims to be the Illinois senator’s birth certificate on its website in June to quell these rumors. The online document, titled a “Certificate of Live Birth”, shows Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 6, 1961. This “Certificate of Live Birth” has become a focal point in the lawsuit, which claims three “independent” document forensic experts performed extensive tests on the digitally-scanned image and found the document to be “a forgery”. Instead of being born in Hawaii, Mr. Berg contends that Senator Obama was born in Kenya, the country his father is from.
Mr. Berg filed a motion for declaratory judgment to declare that Obama does not meet the qualifications to run for president, in addition to a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to prevent him from being nominated for president by the DNC. As if this story were not intriguing enough already, here it gets interesting: despite having copies faxed to the offices of the parties involved, nobody has yet been served with the suit. “It seems that the United States Attorney’s Office accepted service for the Federal Elections commission and they did accept service for the DNC, which befuddled me. Now we’ve heard two days later that they’ve changed it, and the dockets are being changed. There’s no reason they should be accepting for a private corporation, the DNC,” Mr. Berg told The Right Perspective.
The TRO was heard on Aug. 22 without the presence of the other defendants. “The judge denied the TRO because he felt the injuries claimed to all of the voters of our country, versus the injury to Barack Obama, the injury would be greater to him by not having the Democrat National Committe not nominate him to the office of President,” Mr. Berg said. “So the TRO was denied but I asked the judge if we could entertain Expidited Discovery. He didn’t rule on it but he did say he would entertain a telephone conference once all the parties were served and I was satisfied leaving with that. The judge could have reviewed the case and thrown the whole case out at that point. He didn’t because I believe that there is sufficient information to go forth and I believe there is sufficient information to prove that he is not a national born citizen and does not meet the qualifications to run for president”.
Mr. Berg is curious to why the Obama campaign, known for its rapid-response damage control, has not yet responded to his lawsuit. “Here we are, seven days later, it was faxed to their office, it’s all over the Internet, seven days later and not one word from the Obama campaign. And as every minute goes by, every hour goes by, every day goes by, I believe more and more that I am 100% correct on this,” said Mr. Berg. “And what can they say? If I was wrong, they should have come out earlier this week and held a news conference. It didn’t have to be Obama himself, it could have been any high-profile staff person, and said, ‘listen, there’s this nut out there named Phil Berg, he filed a suit, we give him 24 hours to withdraw it or we’re going to sue him for millions of dollars because he is defaming our candidate, etc, etc, and here is proof to show he is not telling the truth.’. Well, we haven’t seen anything like that, have we? We haven’t seen anything like that.”

If they can break into anyone files and destroy information, documents etc then they can do anything. Do you really think they can’t forge a document? They can remove the ink off of an old Birth Cert. and put his on it. He has all the CIA, FBI, Treasury, Secret Service at his disposal. Game over, give it up, we have been taken over. It started when they put bullets into the Kennedy brothers.
